Credit will be applied after 10 business days BUT the dispute process must still be followed

  • If the client has a claim for less than 20.00 dollars
    • The client will need to submit the proper dispute documentation
    • The client will receive final credit after the ten business days
  • DO NOT TELL THE CUSTOMER, for your understanding: No actual research will be completed
