What are CX team members’ responsibilities when receiving transaction dispute requests?

The CX team members are responsible for the following:

  • Report all transaction dispute requests accurately using HubSpot tickets
  • Gather all the information needed before sending a transaction dispute to DBO
  • Communicate to the client accurate information when handling their dispute
  • Prevent a complaint from the client for not completing their request or responding to their request
