Too many security question/login attempts without success – user is locked out of the app for 24 hours
- Wait 24 hours before attempting to log in again
- Any login attempt prior to the 24 hours will result in the user being locked out for another 24 hours
- The 24 hours lockout will reset with each additional failed login attempt
- Security questions are based on the social security number
- There is no way to bypass the 24-hour lockout – the client must wait
