How to Determine if an Account is in ‘Good Standing’ Before Processing a Check Order/Reorder Request

  1. Check Horizon XE account notes to see if a check order has already been processed
  2. Confirm that the account is active
  3. Check HubSpot to see if a ticket has recently been created for a check order

To determine if the account is eligible for the first complimentary check order:

  1. In Horizon XE check the account history for previous checks that have cleared
  2. Check HubSpot for a previous Check Order ticket
