7-10 business days
- NEW CUSTOMERS: account MUST BE fully funded before the card will be ordered
- Pending initial deposits do not qualify
- Pin Mailer arrives 3-4 business days following ATM card arrival
If the client has not received the card after 10 business days:
Send Debit/ATM Card Request Ticket back to DBO and expedite the request
- Change Pipeline – DBO General
- Change Status – New
- Add a note explaining that card has not arrived
