When to Deny the Request for Bitcoin Redemption Form?

1. Horizon:
   1. Click on Relationship Summary
   1. Click on Customer Accounts
   1. Click on Activity

2. Verify Bitcoin Transaction

3. If there are no Bitcoin Transactions on the account, the client will not receive Bitcoin rewards as of yet.

• Click on Deny Request
• Enter “No BC” inside the Reply to OLB User text box; system requirement

4. Click on Complete
