Debit card limit increase for account holders LESS THAN 180 days

  • We do NOT do temporary increases
  • If the customer is requesting a limit increase and their accounts are < 180 days, please advise the customer that we are unable to fulfill their request at the current time. Please offer alternative methods to the customer to complete their purchase. External ACH, wire Transfer

Debit card limit increase for account holders MORE THAN 180 days.

  • The client will need to provide the following information:
    • Copy of invoice/contract
    • Color copy of your valid government-issued I.D.

Important Information about Temporary Limit Increase:

  • The temporary increase will be lowered back to the standard limit by the End of the Business day (EOD)
  • The temporary limit can NOT be raised for more than a day
  • If the customer was unable to complete the purchase on the date increased please communicate with DBO to be raised again for the client
