What is needed to put a travel notification on the client’s account/ debit card?

The client will need to provide the following information:

  • The name of the country(s) visiting
  • The timeframe(s) the client will be staying in the country

Once we have received this information, send the HubSpot ticket to DBO.

DBO will add travel notifications to the client’s profile.
