The signature on the wire form and the agreement MUST be a wet signature – meaning physically signed by the client with a pen.
DBO compares the signature with the signature on the client’s ID to help validate their identity; this is one reason why it is important we receive a clear and good-quality color photo of the ID to make an accurate comparison.
