What are the different status’s for a customers application on Mantl?

  • Incomplete
    • Application has not been completed due to a time out or did not complete to the end
    • Clients will receive a marketing email reminder with a link “finish my application” daily
      • To stop receiving, the customer must unsubscribe by “click here” at the bottom of that email
    • Multiple incompletes happen when a customer starts a new application instead of going back to the original application
      • Mantl will show each attempt and status
  • Account Booked
    • Application completed and approved
    • Account number created
    • Immediately available in Horizon XE
  • KYC Rejected, or Funding Fraud Rejected
    • Based upon an evaluation of preset factors
    • Funding Fraud Rejected Status
      • Suggest using Plaid instead of manual funding and re-apply
      • If Plaid is unavailable, the applicant must validate their account information before re-applying
    • Generic declined email sent (see example in Appendix)
    • Do not provide any information, “Unfortunately, we cannot validate your identity through our enhanced identity verification process. We are not provided the specific details.”
    • Ability to re-apply by changing one letter in an email to a capital
      • Will be rejected again if this change is not made
      • No guarantee of an approval
      • Check with the Product Team before providing this option
  • KYC Manual Review Pending
    • Email notification
    • Timeframe 2-3 business days for review
  • Account Booked Pending
    • Rare occurrence
    • Reach out to DBO or the Product Team for assistance
    • Due to a communication error between systems
