Wire Payment Unposted – 2 business days or less
- Wire transfer payments tend to arrive on the same day if the wire transaction is initiated before 4 PM Eastern Standard time
- This payment can take up to 1-2 business days to reflect on the loan
- The payment paid date posted on the account will reflect when the wire was received
- Payment received AFTER 4 PM EST on business days, weekends, & federal holidays will be posted to the loan on the next business day

- Request for the client to send proof of wire payment

- Mailed check transit time is 7-10 business days. Once the payment is received, it can take up to 1-2 business days for the funds to clear from your account and post to your loan.
Check mailed over 7-10 business days and payment does not show posted in Horizon or unable to locate in the check log
- We are not reflecting that your check has been received.
- We can offer to escalate for further review
- Reiterate that Quontic Bank is not responsible for payments that have not yet been received.

Expedited payment / FedEx – Reflects check was delivered on shipping website, does not appear in check log
- Request the tracking # from the client
- Track item on the respective shipping website
- Take a snippet of status of delivery and add to HS notes
- Escalate to Payments Team
