One (1) Year of inactivity will lock/disable an online bank account.
This was changed in January 2023 and there may still be some users locked out from the previous rules.
If there is no login activity for the defined time frame the system will automatically lock/disable online banking access as a security feature.
Note: CX Team does NOT change the User Type. The only exception is Retail w/Bill Pay for external transfer or if DBO/Management requests the change.
