Rules & Restrictions
- Third-Party verifications can ONLY be done over the phone. Chats must be upgraded to Audio Calls
- Must obtain the name of the third party representative, the name of the company, contact phone # & email address (optional) and the purpose of the call
- If the borrower is on the line, please obtain verbal confirmation to speak with the third party representive from the borrower
- CX MUST NOT provide the following information to a third party
- Loan Number
- Borrowers Contact/ Identifying Information
- CX can answer or provide the following information but not limited to:
Third-Party Requesting Documentation/Communication with designated Loan Officer
