This SCRA does NOT make the person acting on behalf of the client a POA of the account.

This SCRA is ONLY to allow Quontic to make any updates to the borrower’s loan.

Escalation Requirements:

  • Loan Interest rate above 6%
  • A copy of the Servicemember’s military orders
  • Written communication requesting Relief under the SCRA
    • Accepted Communication from the following parties
      • A Servicemember
      • Spouse (Marriage docs are not required, so this may be a partner as well)

The request is escalated to the legal team upon receiving all documents

  • It is crucial that the borrower’s name and loan number are outlined in the email including the documents sent to the legal team
