This SCRA does NOT make the person acting on behalf of the client a POA of the account.
This SCRA is ONLY to allow Quontic to make any updates to the borrower’s loan.
Escalation Requirements:
- Loan Interest rate above 6%
- A copy of the Servicemember’s military orders
- Written communication requesting Relief under the SCRA
- Accepted Communication from the following parties
- A Servicemember
- Spouse (Marriage docs are not required, so this may be a partner as well)
- Accepted Communication from the following parties
The request is escalated to the legal team upon receiving all documents
- It is crucial that the borrower’s name and loan number are outlined in the email including the documents sent to the legal team
