Online Banking (Client View) – Forgot Username

  • The client will enter the following
    • Email address
      • Must be the email address used for initial online banking setup
    • SSN/TIN
      • With or without dashes
    • Account Number
      • If the client does not know their account number
        1. Send the template from Hubspot for account number retrieval via secure email or online banking message
        2. If the client requests their account number through online banking secure message, CX team can send it back through an online banking message
  • Client will receive verification screen that they identity has been confirmed and the username is being sent to the email address on file
  • Click Go to sign in
  • Client will retrieve their username from an email from [email protected]
  • This email will also contain a link to return to the sign-in page
