MY PIN is not working. What happened?

  • A security feature of the Debit and ATM cards is to automatically update to a blocked status if the client excessively uses an incorrect PIN. 

The client is required to contact Quontic and have the Invalid PIN Attempt counter reset to continue using the card.

If the customer feels they may not know the correct PIN they may choose a new pin
