Client will not have to pay ATM fees when they use their Quontic Debit Card / ATM Card at any participating AllPoint® Network ATMs, MoneyPass® Network ATMs, SUM® program ATMs, or Citibank® ATMs located in Target, Speedway, Walgreens, CVS, Kroger, Safeway, Winn Dixie, and Circle K.

Quontic Bank is not responsible for an ATM not being at a specific location that was given via the ATM locater. The ATM’s do not belong to Quontic. We only have an agreement with the ATM provider that will allow our card holders to use their ATM free of charge.
