Is there documentation to provide a customer with to confirm the beneficiaries listed on their accounts?

CX is required to send a notification to the client through Secure Messaging or Secure email, informing them that their beneficiary request has been successfully processed and providing a list of the added names as beneficiaries to the account and the account number the beneficiares was added to.

CD Account Holders can be provided with the CD Account signature card in addition to the required notification and upon request only- (Must be Escalated to DBO for copy of the signature card to provide to the client)
