Yes, the customer receives an email confirmation once their Pay Ring is shipped.

It is shipped overnight however FedEx sometimes is delayed in delivery

No one has to be available to sign, check FedEx tracking in both Happy Banker and FedEx tracking as needed

Always use the time frame from the email: 2-5 business days
