Yes, there are statements for the Bitcoin Rewards.

  • The client will receive:
    • A weekly statement is emailed if there are transactions for that week
      • A monthly statement is emailed every month if the client has Bitcoin rewards
        • The monthly statement provides the client with the beginning current Bitcoin balance and the ending monthly Bitcoin balance
    • NYDIG will send these statements through Proof point secure email
    • If the client has not received their statement, escalate to DBO Team
