Yes, the client can add their Quontic debit card to Apple Pay.

If the client is saying they are unable to link their card to apple pay. It could be one of the following reasons:

  • The address on Apple Pay is NOT matching the address associated with their debit card on Horizon XE
  • It can be a technical issue, CX must reach out to DBO for assistance
