Important Facts about the Wire Process

Important details required for the wire to be processed:

• Typed Wire Form
  • No handwritten requests.
  • A wet signature is needed.

• The Quontic Bank Wire Agreement must have a wet signature.

• To process same day – completed forms must be sent to DBO before:
  • Domestic Wires – 3:00 PM Eastern Time
  • International Wires – 12:00 PM Eastern Time

• A color copy of a valid government-issued I.D. is required
