- Verify the information the user input with what is in Horizon XE and check if account is active or restricted. If restricted, we need to address that first before moving forward.
- Find user in HubSpot > Contacts > Enter customer’s name.
- If customer is there, click the +add tab next to tickets to create a ticket
- If customers name does not pop up, then we need to click service > Tickets > 3-line bar
- Change pipeline to all pipelines > Search Clients name/email
- Still does not show them? – Click create ticket and enter their information in. Name, email address.
