  • Notify the VP/Customer Success of any requests to close accounts due to rates for accounts $250k or more if the retention offer is not high enough
    • VP/Customer Success must contact the COO to review and approve save offers over .10bps and more than $250k
    • Only applicable when the team has been advised to retain CD customers
