How to Activate an ATM Card

Client must contact the Card Services – Domestic – 855-485-7039

The customer will need to verify the below verifying information to activate / and or change PIN thru the automated system

•        16 digit PAN (card number)

•        Exp date – MM/YY

•        Last 4 digits of SSN

•        Zip Code

Once the client has entered in their ATM Card information, the automated system will ask if the client will like to change their PIN, client will then be prompted to enter in a new 4 digit PIN and asked to confirm the same 4 digit PIN.

Important Information

  • If the client is out of the country and needs to change their PIN please provide the client the

International Debit card activation line phone number: 501-725-9278

  • Client does not need to call from the phone number listed on file to complete their debit card activation/and or PIN Change.
  • ATM cards do not have a CVV Code – therefore the code is not needed to activate and or change the PIN for the ATM card
