How do I Create a Wire Request Hubspot Ticket?

Locate the client in Hubspot > Add Ticket,

or if the client does not have a Hubspot profile, Service > Tickets > Create Ticket

Ticket NameOLB _ Wire Request _ Last 4 digits of Acct# _ Client’s Name
Email _ Wire Request _ Last 4 digits of Acct# _ Client’s Name
IB _ Wire Request _ Last 4 digits of Acct# _ Client’s Name
*Phone Requests must be accompanied by a written request from the client

2. On the Left side of the Hubspot Ticket:

Department – QuonticCustomer Success
OLB Ticket Props (If OLB Message Only)Enter Web Admin – OLB Original Submit Date
Enter Web Admin – OLB Reference Number
Banking Contact ReasonWire Related

3. Add a note to the ticket to include screenshots

  • Client’s OLB Request (if applicable)
  • Client’s Horizon Overview Page

4. Send the client the Wire Agreement and/or the Wire Form

If the client has never sent a wire beforeSend Wire Agreement
Send Wire Form
Change Status – Waiting on Contact
If the client has sent a wire before/
Wire Agreement is already on file
Send Wire Form
Change Status – Waiting on Contact
When the client returns the signed Wire Agreement
and/or Wire Form
Change Pipeline to DBO – Wire Requests
Change Status – New
Change Priority – High

5. Attach the Wire Agreement (if applicable) and the Wire Form to the Hubspot ticket

  • Right Side Column > Attachments > Add
  • Locate the form(s) sent to the client and attach to the ticket
