How do I Create a Wire Request Hubspot Ticket?
Locate the client in Hubspot > Add Ticket,
or if the client does not have a Hubspot profile, Service > Tickets > Create Ticket

2. On the Left side of the Hubspot Ticket:

3. Add a note to the ticket to include screenshots
- Client’s OLB Request (if applicable)
- Client’s Horizon Overview Page
4. Send the client the Wire Agreement and/or the Wire Form

5. Attach the Wire Agreement (if applicable) and the Wire Form to the Hubspot ticket
- Right Side Column > Attachments > Add
- Locate the form(s) sent to the client and attach to the ticket
