How can the client pay their Mortgage Loan?

  • The customer can use the following methods to pay their mortgage account:
    • VIA Wire Transfer
      • Wire Instructions: (Copy and Paste this information for accuracy)
        • Bank Name: Quontic Bank
          Address: 31-05 Broadway, Astoria, NY 11106
          Routing/ABA: 021473030
          Beneficiary: Borrower’s Name
          Account: 9997999701406425 
          Reference: Loan Number/Property Address
      • The client will need to make sure to include the loan number that appears on their first monthly mortgage statement or property address in the memo line.
    • VIA Check Mailed
      • Check Instructions: (Copy and Paste this information for accuracy)
        • Quontic Bank
          Attn. Loan Administration
          31-05 Broadway
          2nd Floor
          Astoria, NY 11106
        • The client will need to make sure to include the loan number that appears on their first monthly mortgage statement in the memo line. If the loan number is unavailable, please write down the property address in the memo line.
    • VIA ACH
      • ACH Instructions:
        • The client will need to complete the ACH Form 
          • The client can set up a one-time ACH payment
          • The client can set up a recurring ACH payment
        • The ACH form can have a wet signature or DocuSign
          • DocuSign request must be escalated to the Payments Department for further assistance
            • They will email the client with an ACH DocuSign Form
        • The ACH form can be submitted either:
          • By mail:
            • Quontic Bank

    • Bill Pay
      • The customer is able to add their mortgage loan account to their external Bank Bill Pay System
        • The customer will need their Mortgage Loan Number, Routing Number, and Quontic Mailing Address
          • The Bank will cut out a check and mail it to Quontic Bank
    • Internal Payment Request
      • The customer must provide a written request to transfer funds from their Quontic Bank account into their Quontic Mortgage Loan Account
      • CX  must escalate to the Payments Pipeline – New Status for completion of the request
