CX BUSINESS RULES:

  • CX must always check the Alerts and Messages on the customer’s Horizon XE about the loan
    • Loan Departments will add notes on the contact or account page 
  • No Modifications must be made by the CX team in Horizon XE
  • CX can provide the Mortgage Loan Account Number and Routing Number through a Secure email
