Does the Client Have to Sign the Wire Form?
Depends on the type of wire!
- Domestic or Foreign Wire: YES – Wet signature is required (actual signature with a pen)
- Why? DBO compares the signature with the ID to ensure both signatures match
- Closeout Wire Transfer: NO signature required
