  • The client needs to provide written communication or respond to the confirmation message sent by CX to enable the external transfer feature
  • One eligible account that is in good standing
    • Elgible Accounts to enable the external transfer feature
      • High Interest checking
      • Cash Reward Checking
      • Money Market Account
      • High Yield Savings
  • Client relationship must be longer than 30 business days
  • Account must not in a restricted status
  • Cut-off time to enable the external transfer feature is 6:00 PM EST Monday- Friday
