Can customer reapply for a declined application?

  1. YES- Must apply with the same email but alter the email address
    • The client can capitalize one letter
    • Must apply with the same information as the original application
  2. Customer can check ChexSystems to see if a freeze is placed and if there is a freeze placed by the client, they need to remove it to re-apply
