- All mobile check deposit availability is dependent upon the status of the account and amount of the mobile deposit.
- For example: If a mobile deposit of $20,000 is made on an account that is 30 days or less, the entire check will be placed on a nine-business days hold. No funds will be released until after the nine-business days of the deposit.
- For example: If a mobile deposit of $20,000 is made on an account that is 30 days or more, the first $225.00 of the check will be available to the client one business day after the deposit. An additional $5,300.00 of the check will be available to the client two business days after the deposit. The total amount cleared for the client to use within two business days will equal to $5,525.00, required by Reg CC. The remaining balance will be available to the client seven-business days after the deposit.
- DBO can extend the hold on all deposits and will send the client an email with the dates the check will be available.
