Rules and Restrictions
- An auto payment cannot be canceled two days before the draft date
- Quontic Bank must be notified at least 2 business days prior to the cutoff time of 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
- We must receive written confirmation of the request to cancel the auto payment
- Use Email Template- Mortgage: Cancel ACH Payment, change ACH Draft Date, Change Banking payment Information in Request
- If the Automatic Payment is not canceled or changed in time,the debit may still occur
