Online Banking Enrollment – Step By Step

Step 1. Go to www.Quontic.com

• Click on Login
  • Upper right corner

Step 2. Click on “First Time User?”

Step 3. Confirm Your Identity

The client will need to enter the following information:

• Tax ID (xxx-xx-xxxx format)
• First Name
• Last Name
• City
• State
• Postal Code
• Account Type
• Account Number
• Date of Birth

Click on Continue Enrollment

Step 4. Create Sign-on Information

• Create your Username
  • Confirm Username
• Create your Password
  • Confirm Password
  • Online Banking Enrollment – CX Responsibility
• Insert Primary Email
  • Confirm primary email
• Click on Continue Enrollment

Step 5. Review Disclosures

• Click on the Checkbox
  • Agree with the Terms & Conditions
• Click on Continue Enrollment
  • Agree with the Terms & Conditions

Step 6. Review Your Information

• If everything is correct, click on Continue Enrollment
• If the client needs to change or modify:
  • Click on Change

Step 7. Enrollment Completed

• Successfully Enrolled
• Click on Continue

Step 8. Click on the Checkbox

• Agree with the Terms and Conditions for Internet Banking
• Click on Accept

Step 9. Phone Number Information

• The client must fill out the following areas
  • Home Phone Number
    • Mandatory
  • Mobile Phone Number
• If the client does NOT have a Home Phone Number, they may use their Mobile Phone Number
• Click on Submit
  • The client will be able to view their OLB Profile
