To redeem the funds in the account following the passing of the sole owner, the beneficiary must provide the following:
- Confirmation of the request must be in writing.
- Valid color copy of government-issued ID
- Original Death Certificate
- Must be mailed to Quontic Bank
- The beneficiary can email a copy of the death certificate for our records. However, the process of the beneficiary to redeem the funds will not begin until the original death certificate is received.
- The address to mail the Original Death Certificate
